If you forget or lose an item in public transport in Antalya, you can contact the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality Transportation Planning and Rail Systems Department Lost Property Office in person or by phone.

If you provide information such as what the lost item is, its features, the route it was lost on, the date and time, you can collect your item in return for a signature.

To do this, you can go to Gürsu Mahallesi, Atatürk Bulvarı 390. Sokak Konyaaltı / ANTALYA every weekday between 08:30 and 17:30 or call the call center at 0 (242) 606 07 07 or 0 (242) 321 84 88 – 89. If you want to reach us via e-mail, iletisimmerkezi@antalya.bel.tr can be used for communication.

In addition, the Antalya Metropolitan Municipality publishes a list of items forgotten in public transport vehicles on its website. The list includes information on what the item is and where it is stored, the date it was found, the public transport line number and the vehicle license plate.

Of course, you can place a lost item ad with our Lost Item Service to increase the chances of finding an item you lost anywhere in Antalya or another city; if you find an item, you can place an unclaimed item ad and ensure that the item reaches its owner.
